Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives across residential and/or commercial property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate properties, including online and offline campaigns, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation activities.
• Oversee content creation, including property brochures, listing descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media content.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, and retargeting to maximize reach and ROI.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality marketing materials and property presentations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and advertising platforms.
• Plan and execute property launch events, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
