• Run complete marketing campaigns and keep improving them.
• Build our brand and generate leads for four products.
• Grow and engage our community of school leaders and teachers.
• Create case studies from partner schools to showcase impact.
• Share our story across platforms, run ads, and expand into new channels.
• Work closely with our internal teams and schools to design useful content.

• You are strong at graphic design.
• You believe in what Open Door is doing.
• You’re eager to 

  learn new marketing skills

   (like video editing).
• You have good communication skills. Good writing skills is a bonus.
• You can work independently with 

  no micro-management

  , reporting directly to the Co-founder.
