Marketing Manager (OEM Automobile )

You have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with good experience in OEM Automobile Manufacturing Company. You should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English speaking and drafting. As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services. You will be developing and executing monthly and annual marketing budgets, as well as marketing plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and/or services. Collaboration with sales managers for upcoming ad campaigns and acting as a liaison with the manufacturer regarding merchandising will be part of your role. Your tasks will involve attending marketing/sales promotion meetings, achieving a satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance, and researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities. You will need to communicate to stay updated on customer attitudes, demographics, and buying habits, as well as interact with customers to determine their needs and interests. Additionally, you will be evaluating market reactions to programs, placement, and merchandising policy, utilizing industry sources and consumer information, preparing marketing reports, and presenting them to management. Developing surveys and other marketing tools, tracking marketing results, and ensuring marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets are also part of your responsibilities. Being proactive in corrective action when necessary, attending monthly managers meetings, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing other tasks as assigned will be expected.
