Marketing Manager (OEM Automobile)

Role Overview: You will play a key role in establishing marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing budgets, plans, and programs to drive profit growth and expansion. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales managers to create upcoming ad campaigns and act as a liaison with the manufacturer regarding merchandising. It will be important for you to research, analyze, and monitor market trends to capitalize on opportunities and minimize competitive threats. Communication with customers and staying abreast of their needs and interests will also be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Establish marketing goals and ensure profitability of products/services - Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing budgets - Create and implement short and long-range marketing plans - Collaborate with sales managers on upcoming ad campaigns - Act as a liaison with the manufacturer for merchandising - Research market trends and analyze factors to capitalize on opportunities - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and interests - Evaluate market reactions and adjust marketing strategies as needed - Prepare marketing reports and present findings to management - Develop surveys and other marketing tools - Track marketing results to achieve objectives within designated budgets - Attend monthly managers meetings and maintain a professional appearance - Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Good experience in OEM Automobile Manufacturing Company - Excellent communication skills, fluency in English speaking and drafting Please note that the company offers benefits such as leave encashment, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
