Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead a team of 26 Marketing Executives in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for Nanak Group’s real estate projects. The ideal candidate will drive branding, property promotions, and awareness campaigns, ensuring generation of 50,000+ leads per month through innovative on-ground and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to set high-performance benchmarks for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 26 Marketing Executives to achieve monthly marketing and lead-generation targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and township projects including branding, publicity, and awareness campaigns.
  • Plan and supervise digital campaigns, social media promotions, property portal listings, and Google Ads to maximize lead inflow.
  • Drive on-ground marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, roadshows, events, and field promotions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Telecalling teams to ensure smooth lead conversion processes.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular analytics, ROI, and KPI reports to senior management.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to recommend innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with at least2 years in team management.
  • Proven ability to lead large marketing teams and drive measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and on-ground marketing techniques, branding, and promotions.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media management, Google Ads, and property portal operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation: ≥50,000 leads per month.
  • Team Performance: Timely execution of campaigns and achieving monthly targets.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase in social media engagement, website traffic, and PR visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
