Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role located in Bihar, Jharkhand, North East India Uttar Pradesh for a Marketing Manager Admissions. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students, lead outreach and engagement efforts, and work closely with schools within the university to meet admissions targets. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns, managing relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and analyzing data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies. Additionally, the role involves guiding and managing a marketing team to ensure coordinated and effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and digital marketing principles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in using data analysis tools, and the ability to synthesize insights to refine strategies
  • Understanding of the education sector and admission processes is advantageous
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or admissions, preferably within the education sector
