Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palwal for a Training and Placement Officer. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating campus placements, organizing training sessions for soft skills and career readiness, and establishing relationships with industry recruiters. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with students and companies, conducting workshops, and ensuring smooth execution of college recruiting activities.

• Experience in providing Training for career readiness
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Palwal
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
