Training and placement officer

Role: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

Location: Nehru Gram Bharati (Deemed to be University), Prayagraj
Employment Type: Full-time / Contractual (as applicable)

Job Purpose

To coordinate and implement all training and placement activities at the university, build strong industry linkages, and facilitate student skill enhancement and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners, HRs, and placement agencies.
• Organize campus drives, internships, and employability skill programs.
• Conduct training sessions (soft skills, interview preparation, resume building).
• Maintain placement records, prepare reports, and liaise with departments.
• Assist in MoU collaborations and industry tie-ups for academic and placement activities.
• Coordinate with students for registration and interview readiness.

Eligibility & Skills

• Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MHRM / MA (HRM) / M.Com / equivalent.
• Experience: 0–3 years (fresh graduates with good communication & networking skills may apply).
• Skills: Excellent communication, corporate liaisoning, student management, and event coordination.
• Preference: Candidates from Prayagraj or nearby regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
