Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs.

Budget Management: Planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of

Campaign Development: Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Content Creation: Coordinating with creative teams to produce marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and web content. Event Planning: Organizing and managing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to guide future strategies

Design and oversee all aspects of marketing including collaterals and advertising campaigns for ATL and BTL activity. Identify, shortlist and present media inventories in targeted markets to Marketing Head.

Develop and monitor campaign budgets for media across all channels. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance measuring KPIs for all the projects. Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, what’s app, events. Coordinate with media agencies daily to improve marketing performance and marketing collaterals.

Prepare a weekly report on marketing activities and its performance. Conduct agency meetings monthly to plan marketing activities. Visit one sales office for project management and identify the marketing requirement and discuss

Qualifications: Relevant experience from developer real estate .
