Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Maharani Wedding Collections, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing efforts of our renowned textile and apparel brand. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales growth. You will oversee digital campaigns, manage promotional activities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience in the textile, apparel, or fashion retail industry. An MBA would be preferred. Your strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms, coupled with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, will be essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills are a must, along with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key skills that will be critical for your success include a deep understanding of textile/fashion products, expertise in branding and visual merchandising, strategic planning and execution capabilities, proficiency in social media and influencer marketing, creativity, innovation, budget management skills, and effective team leadership. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences, planning and executing promotions and product launches, managing digital marketing efforts, coordinating with sales teams, building relationships with advertising agencies and media partners, monitoring marketing KPIs, managing content creation, organizing trade shows and customer events, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
