Job Description – Marketing Manager (Kerala Region) Role : Lead marketing efforts for the Kerala region, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support for our LED lighting products. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute regional marketing strategies. Enhance brand visibility through digital, print, and outdoor channels. Generate leads and support sales with campaigns and promotions. Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders. Oversee product launches, events, and local marketing activations. Manage budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Growth in brand awareness and engagement metrics in Kerala. Number of quality leads generated monthly. Dealer/distributor engagement and retention rate. Event and product launch success rates. ROI on marketing campaigns and budget adherence. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); 5+ years marketing experience (3+ in LED lighting/electrical). Strong digital marketing and communication skills. Fluent in Malayalam and English.
