Job Role - Marketing - AM / Manager

Location - Andheri E & Kandivali W

Department - Marketing

  • Marketing Leadership at Site:

  • Act as the marketing head for the assigned project site, driving monthly marketing plans, creative strategies, and lead-generation activities.
  • Ensure consistent branding and communication aligned with developer guidelines.
  • Creative & Collateral Management:

  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and developers to conceptualize and deliver required marketing materials (brochures, ads, digital creatives, etc.).
  • Ensure all collaterals and communications adhere to brand guidelines and project positioning.
  • Sales Team Support:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand site-specific challenges and provide targeted marketing solutions.
  • Equip sales with collaterals, creatives, and campaigns that drive direct footfall and lead conversion.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities (

    BTL, Digital, OOH, Activations

    , etc.) with required approvals from developers.
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimize to achieve peak results.
  • Coordination & Reporting:

  • Serve as the single point of contact between developers, vendors, and the internal marketing team.
  • Maintain a structured reporting mechanism to track performance of campaigns and site activities.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for creative deliveries and marketing rollouts.
  • Budget & Media Planning:

  • Prepare and monitor site-level marketing budgets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Devise and implement effective media plans to ensure optimized spend and maximum reach.
  • ERP/CRM & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated data on ERP/CRM/Spreadsheets to ensure smooth workflow and performance tracking.
  • Vendor & Site Management:

  • Coordinate with in-house and external vendors/agencies for timely delivery of creatives and campaign execution.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, customer experience, and marketing standards are being maintained at the respective site
  • Strategic Alignment:

  • Work closely with the HOD to align site-level strategies with the overall brand and business objectives.
  • Contribute to ideation, planning, and deployment of successful campaigns from start to finish.

Desired Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing/brand management (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing, sales enablement, and campaign management.
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and timelines effectively.
