Marketing Manager - Hospitals

You will be joining a leading regenerative medicine and orthopedic clinic as a Hospital Marketing Manager, located in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, your role will involve developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support the clinic's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include promoting key services such as PRP therapy, stem cell therapy, and sports rehab to specific patient segments, managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, and establishing referral relationships with healthcare professionals and sports clubs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with organizing patient education programs, wellness camps, webinars, and fitness outreach events. It will be essential for you to oversee clinic branding, content creation, and online reputation management. Collaborating with internal clinical teams to highlight treatment success stories and testimonials will also be part of your role. Monitoring patient acquisition metrics, lead sources, and marketing ROI will be crucial, along with supervising vendors for digital marketing, creatives, and local PR activities. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in hospital/clinic marketing. Proficiency in digital lead generation and managing paid campaigns, as well as excellent communication and networking skills, will be necessary for building referrals and engaging with patients effectively. Experience in sports rehab or regenerative medicine marketing, an existing network of orthopedic doctors or sports clinics, and fluency in English and the local language (Hindi as needed) are preferred qualifications.
