Full-Stack Marketing Manager

who can drive integrated marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple markets.

About The Role

The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing functionincluding

digital, performance, social, PR, events, and partnerships.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for a professional who thrives in both planning and execution. You will work closely with leadership to position the company as a thought leader in the IT services and AI-driven solutions space.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Own annual/quarterly marketing budgets with accountability for ROI across campaigns.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, retargeting, programmatic, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Drive demand generation and lead acquisition with measurable KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
  • Manage marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho).
  • Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Build and manage impactful social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, videos).
  • Drive influencer, partner, and community engagement to boost brand authority.
  • PR, Brand & Communications
  • Manage media relations, brand reputation, and press engagement.
  • Work with PR agencies for press releases, media kits, interviews, and event participation.
  • Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution).
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI) to optimize campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (IT services/technology industry strongly preferred).
  • Strong grasp of the full marketing funnel from brand awareness to lead conversion.
  • Proficiency in tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Google Ads Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative instincts.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Experience with growth hacking and viral marketing strategies (a strong plus).
