Your potential is the inspiration for greatness and real impact. **Role Overview:** - Develop and deliver local market insights through outstanding customer experiences. - Identify trends, opportunities, initiatives, and targeted local marketing promotions. - Drive engagement with customers through powerful storytelling and meaningful connections. - Provide market analysis, insights on markets, customers, brands, products, and ingredients. - Support customer-driven projects to generate business opportunities. - Be a strategic partner for the India Subcontinent by identifying trends and opportunities. - Deliver creative and impactful communication internally and externally. - Support marketing communication and event management activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or relevant discipline. - Minimum 5-8 years of Marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in Food Ingredients or FMCG. - Proven experience in market analysis, communication campaigns, concept development, and event management. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence departments, and lead project execution. - Can-do attitude, proactive nature, and readiness to embrace change. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong business acumen to translate insights into business opportunities. - Willingness to travel as required. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of team management experience preferred. - Project Management experience. - Curious approach and enjoy tackling difficult challenges.
