FDES Technologies is a growing tech company specializing in design automation, CAD customization, and AI-based engineering solutions. We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts and help generate quality leads across Indian and global markets. Key Responsibilities Represent the company at client sites, virtual meetings, and industry events. Present our solutions, answer queries, and follow up with prospects to drive conversion. Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email). Develop content such as brochures, website copy, case studies, and social media posts. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support positioning. Work with technical teams to understand offerings and convert them into compelling marketing material. Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3 - 6 years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in IT, engineering, or automation industries). Hands-on experience with digital platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics). Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to client. Comfortable with travel for client meetings when required.
