As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the schools marketing and outreach initiatives. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns. You will also be engaging in community outreach activities by building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute field marketing plans to enhance school enrollments and brand visibility. - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and target audiences. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement effective campaigns. - Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, and educational institutions. - Represent the school at community events, exhibitions, and education fairs. - Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, merchandise) at key locations. - Manage and grow the schools online and social media presence. - Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process. - Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for consistent branding and messaging. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in school marketing or the education sector. - Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written. - Proficiency in delivering compelling sales pitches. - Ability to lead and motivate a marketing team. - Willingness to travel - approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% desk-based tasks.
