Job Summary: Cult91 is looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in creating impactful brand experiences for modern women. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the womens fashion industry and a proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing activities, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns. This role is crucial for scaling our brand presence and driving customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and implement 360-degree marketing strategies that align with Cult91s vision and target audience. Influencer & Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, and creators to amplify brand reach. Conceptualize and execute influencer-led campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI. Cultivate a loyal community around the brand through social media and exclusive initiatives. Performance Marketing: Lead data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Optimize ad spends to achieve maximum reach, engagement, and conversions. Leverage analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies. Content & Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trend-driven stories. Manage photo and video shoots, ensuring content resonates with Cult91s audience. E-commerce Growth: Develop strategies to drive traffic and conversions on the Cult91 platform. Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance user experience. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in womens fashion, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies. Use insights to identify opportunities and adapt marketing plans accordingly. Brand Partnerships: Identify and execute collaborations with complementary brands to expand Cult91s reach and visibility. Reporting & Analytics: Analyze key marketing metrics and create detailed reports. Use insights to make data-backed decisions and improve campaign outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in womens fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience in the fashion-tech or direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies. Creative mindset with an eye for fashion aesthetics and branding.
