Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager at CS Realty, you will lead all marketing and brand-building efforts for our real estate projects. You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that attract potential buyers, generate qualified leads, and position CS Realty as a leader in the Gurgaon real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Create and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Plan and manage project launches, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead digital marketing efforts SEO, SEM, social media, website management, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign quality.
• Analyze campaign data and sales funnels to measure performance and optimize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and media planning.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral brochures, videos, project presentations, and social media creatives.
• Build and strengthen brand reputation through PR activities, influencer tie-ups, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 68 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in the real estate industry.
• Proven ability to lead marketing teams and manage end-to-end campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, HubSpot, SEO/SEM platforms).
• Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
