Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Use market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities & GTM strategies
Drive consumer insights to create core messaging and brand evolution
Create compelling and brand-aligned content to ensure a consistent tone of voice and engagement across all platforms
Lead end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization with vendors across multiple marketing channels including digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations
Own reporting and insight generation to continuously refine marketing strategies - translate data into actionable plans that align with business goals
Ensure seamless inter-department communication to align marketing with funnel goals
Regularly track industry trends, customer behavior, and brand perception

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in marketing (Real estate is a preffered)
Strategic thinker with a strong creative and commercial mindset
Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Familiar with both offline & online marketing
Highly organized, data-oriented, and self-driven
