Marketing Manager, Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for The Face Shop India, a premium skincare brand under Holistique Beauty. Your role will involve driving sales and enhancing the brand's presence in the skincare category. With a focus on online channels, you will need to develop digital-first strategies, manage the P&L effectively, and utilize AI for innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee E-commerce activities including managing monthly banners, creating FB adverts, and updating A+ content. - Develop social media strategies by conceptualizing themes, focus for each month, organizing photo shoots, providing creative briefs to designers, and preparing monthly metrics reports. - Manage the website by updating monthly banners, creating FB adverts, updating A+ content, implementing loyalty programs, and coordinating email campaigns and other marketing collaterals. - Plan and execute PR kits by conceptualizing four kits annually, planning in advance, and coordinating with relevant teams. - Coordinate local GWP activities by referencing trends and customer preferences, planning in advance, and ensuring timely delivery. - Create customised kits by aligning with themes and product offerings, planning in advance, and managing inventory. Qualifications Required: - Experience in brand operations for single or portfolio brands in the beauty industry or from an agency (account planning/account management) background. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with projections and drive growth across sales, social media, and other verticals. - Proficiency in MIS and report generation. - Knowledge of E-commerce operations is preferred. - Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.,
