Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for
3-Wheeler and Commercial Vehicle segments
to drive product visibility and market penetration.
Handle
product costing, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
in coordination with finance and sales teams.
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
to support new product launches and business growth.
Coordinate with
sales, product development, and manufacturing teams
to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Support
OEM and channel partners
with marketing tools, presentations, and product positioning.
Monitor
sales performance, market trends, and demand forecasting
to recommend corrective actions.
Manage
ATL/BTL activities
, exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare
MIS reports, business presentations, and management dashboards
.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
automotive marketing
, preferably in
3W / CV segment
Hands-on experience in
product costing and pricing
Understanding of
OEM business models and auto component ecosystem
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple stakeholders

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Currently or previously working with
OEMs or auto component manufacturers
Exposure to
Indian commercial vehicle market

Hindi, Tamil & English mandatory
