Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, contributing to new product development, and implementing brand growth strategies. Your proficiency in P&L management, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, consumer insights, and coordination across various functions will be crucial in driving the marketing efforts of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, encompassing product positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and post-launch analysis. - Establish and maintain a strong brand identity through innovative campaigns, media outreach, and public relations initiatives to enhance awareness and credibility. - Strategize and implement social media plans and collaborate with influencers to foster online engagement, create excitement, and stimulate conversions. - Work closely with creative and content teams to create compelling assets like product videos, launch creatives, PR kits, and social content that resonate with the brand's tone and objectives. - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to influence marketing decisions and craft product narratives. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Digital teams to ensure coherence in product strategy and customer interactions. - Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns covering digital, PR, events, and retail to amplify brand visibility and product performance. - Monitor brand health and visibility on various platforms continually, optimize campaigns and placements to expand reach and impact. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Product Marketing, with a focus on leading end-to-end product launches. - Proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies and executing detailed implementation plans. - Background in product-led organizations with direct involvement in and execution of product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in product marketing, along with a deep understanding of brand positioning and consumer engagement strategies.),
