Qualification

• MBA students or recent graduates

Location

• Palakkad, Malappuram

Experience

• Prior internship or fieldwork experience is a plus

• Conduct in-person visits to assigned schools

• Meet principals/management to administer surveys

• Collect accurate data using survey formats & digital tools

• Submit timely daily/weekly reports

• Introduce the consortium and explain its purpose & benefits

• Invite schools to join the consortium and capture interest

• Maintain detailed records of visits & interactions

• Coordinate schedules and follow-ups with the supervising team

• Professionally represent the consortium during all engagements

Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to conduct structured interviews & institutional meetings

• Basic proficiency in Google Forms, Excel, Email & WhatsApp

• Good documentation & reporting skills

Eligibility

• Full-time availability for 6 weeks

• Ability to manage field assignments independently

• Willingness to travel within the city & nearby areas

• Open to outstation travel if required

• Experience in surveys / data collection is an added advantage
