Taxaura.io is an AI-powered bookkeeping platform designed for modern small and midsize businesses (SMBs). Our platform streamlines financial processes by automating invoicing, expenses, retail sales, inventory, payroll workflows, and tax-ready financials in one place. With real-time insights, automated reconciliation, and AI-driven recommendations, we help businesses boost profitability. Acting like a virtual CFO, Taxaura.io provides financial clarity, intelligence, and confidence without the complexities or costs of traditional accounting solutions.
You will support the growth and visibility of Taxaura by managing social media, creating marketing content, assisting with SEO initiatives, and helping onboard SMBs into our beta program. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in the fintech SaaS space and enjoys executing fast-paced, high-impact marketing projects. You will work directly with the founder on campaigns, product communication, and lead-generation initiatives aimed at small businesses in the US and globally.
Manage and grow Taxaura's social media presence across all social platforms
Create short-form content, product highlights, and educational posts about AI bookkeeping
Assist in writing clear communication for product updates, feature launches, and user education
Conduct targeted outreach to SMBs, accountants, and gas station owners for beta onboarding
Support SEO research, keyword tracking, backlink outreach, and content optimization
Help design landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
Engage with online communities related to fintech, accounting, and small business operations
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on growth, engagement, and leads
Research competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation
Assist with influencer partnerships, micro-creator outreach, and B2B marketing initiatives
Currently enrolled in or entering a Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related program
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Experience with social media management and content creation
Basic understanding of SEO, keyword tools, analytics, or willingness to learn quickly
Bonus: Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, accounting tech, or payment systems
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and execute them
Strong research skills and willingness to reach out to businesses and users for beta trials
Interest in AI, automation, or finance technology is an advantage

Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn content growth strategies
