Job Description

Your Role: 🔹 Conduct market, product, and competitor research. 🔹 Analyse trends and plan a marketing strategy based on them. 🔹 Support digital marketing activities (online and offline). 🔹 Coordinate with the Marketing Agency to prepare the content calendar. 🔹 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. 🔹 Work with founders and promoters to execute ideas and marketing strategies. 🔹 Prepare, plan, and maintain a Marketing Strategy that is relevant to the business and customers. 🔹 Coordinate with marketing, store, and vendors to plan brand and product promotions & campaigns. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Advanced in AI apps (ChatGPT, Claude, Loveable, Vue etc.) ✅ Good to have: Canva, Figma, Whimsical ✅ Strong creative mindset and communication skills ✅ Bachelor’s (BBA / MBA Marketing preferred) – Freshers welcome! ✅ Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM & platforms What We Offer: 💰 Stipend: Rs 10–15K/month (6 months) 🌟 Pathway to full-time role in a growing startup 🤝 Hands-on learning in all areas of marketing 🕒 Flexible leaves and insurance, hybrid working, supportive team 💻 Laptop for working
