Internship Overview

Were looking for enthusiastic marketing interns to join our Digital Strategy Team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in executing digital-to-branch lead flow

strategies and provides exposure to real-time marketing operations with Top-line

impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with digital marketing and CRM teams to track leads generated

from digital platforms (Website, Loans App, Google Maps, Just Dial etc.)

• Coordinate with IIFL branches across regions to ensure timely actioning of

leads

• Monitor lead statuses, update trackers, and escalate issues for resolution
• Support the marketing team in optimizing digital lead journeys and branch

coordination

• Assist in preparing weekly reports and performance dashboards using Excel

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate candidate is eligible to Apply
• Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (data entry, filters, basic formulas)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with branch teams
• This is a Full-time in-office role. Part-time is not applicable
