About The Role

Gravity Engineering Services is looking for proactive Marketing / Email Associate / Lead Generation Interns to support our B2B sales pipeline through research, outreach, and CRM coordination. This is a great opportunity for MBA freshers or recent graduates eager to gain real-world marketing and lead generation experience.

Responsibilities

✅ Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach✅ Research and qualify potential B2B leads✅ Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team✅ Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)✅ Track KPIs: lead volume, conversions, meetings booked✅ Collaborate with sales & marketing for smooth lead handovers✅ Assist in database creation and content input

Eligibility & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms✔️ Basic knowledge of Canva/email marketing tools is a plus✔️ Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn✔️ Willing to work full-time on-site from Raipur or Patna✔️ Comfortable with a ₹10K fixed monthly stipend
