As a Marketing Intern at Finideas, you will be responsible for driving impactful marketing strategies and taking marketing to the next level in a dynamic environment where innovation meets execution. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead Generation and Business Development: - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation strategies. - Develop and maintain a database of potential clients for outreach. - Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. - Marketing Strategy and Planning: - Create strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market. - Plan and participate in various marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and other promotional events. - Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest adjustments accordingly. - Leads Follow-ups: - Follow up on leads to convert them into prospective clients. - Take feedback on lost leads and deals to improvise marketing strategies and other processes. - Market Analysis and Innovation: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. - Provide inputs to refine the company's product offerings and marketing strategies. - Identify new platforms and channels for lead generation and marketing outreach. - Reporting and Performance Metrics: - Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead conversions, and campaign performance using CRM tools like Bitrix24. - Generate periodic reports to share updates on marketing efforts and lead pipeline. - Present works done to the reporting manager and management as and when asked.
