Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs, posters, flyers, videos/reels, and innovative marketing campaigns. They should have strong knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and social media trends to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, flyers, banners, etc.) for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Design visually appealing graphics, posters, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. - Manage and grow social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and building online relationships. - Create and edit short videos/reels for promotions, campaigns, and product/service highlights. - Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. - Implement SEO best practices to improve brand visibility and organic reach. - Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and suggest improvements. - Stay updated with trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media and digital marketing. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. - Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred). - Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). - Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) for reels/shorts. - Knowledge of SEO strategies and experience running Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads. - Strong copywriting skills to create catchy captions and campaigns. - Ability to generate creative ideas and engaging campaigns independently. - Excellent communication and time-management skills.
