Role Brief:

We are looking for a creative Marketing Intern (Content Planning & Strategy) to join our team in Kolkata. The role will focus on structuring content calendars and planning posts, reels, and podcasts for our Campus Ambassador Programme (CAP). The intern will be responsible for suggesting engaging topics and ensuring timely, organized execution of content tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and an interest in digital content strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain structured content calendars for CAP (Campus Ambassador Programme).
• Suggest and research daily content topics across relevant themes.
• Plan and propose ideas for posts, reels, and podcasts in alignment with brand goals.
• Ensure execution of content tasks is timely, organized, and on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and refine content strategies.
• Track engagement and recommend improvements to optimize performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (recent graduates may also apply).
• 0–1 year of project exposure in content planning, digital marketing, or social media management
• (internship experience accepted).
• Strong verbal communication and creative writing skills.
• Creativity with an eye for trending formats and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and basic analytics will be an added advantage.
