As a Marketing Intern (Content Planning & Strategy) at our company based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for structuring content calendars and planning posts, reels, and podcasts for our Campus Ambassador Programme (CAP). Your role will involve suggesting engaging topics, ensuring timely execution of content tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to refine content strategies. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, creativity, and an interest in digital content strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain structured content calendars for CAP. - Suggest and research daily content topics aligned with relevant themes. - Plan and propose ideas for posts, reels, and podcasts in line with brand goals. - Ensure organized and timely execution of content tasks. - Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and enhance content strategies. - Track engagement metrics and recommend optimizations for better performance. Qualification Required: - Currently Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field (recent graduates may also apply). - Minimum 1 year of project exposure in content planning, digital marketing, or social media management (internship experience accepted). - Strong verbal communication and creative writing skills. - Creativity with an eye for trending formats and storytelling. - Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and basic analytics will be an added advantage.,
