Job Summary:

Marketing Head position demands a creative strategist for a retail brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase sales both in-store and online.

This role requires a strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns including print, in-store, and event marketing.
  • Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Retail Collaboration:
  • Work closely with store managers and retail operations to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Develop localized marketing plans to support store openings, events, and community engagement.
  • Budget & Analytics:
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, consumer trends, and sales impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.

  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with retail CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in tool.
  • Strategy and creativity delivery on time.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising and branding.
