Marketing Head - Medical Devices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.

• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers to improve brand perception and loyalty.
• Manage PR initiatives, media relations, and industry events, acting as the face of the company at conferences, trade shows, and media interviews.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work with the sales, product, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development and industry standards.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and track ROI on all marketing campaigns.
