Job Title: Marketing Head

Location: Thane

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing and branding initiatives of a International School. The role will focus on increasing school visibility, driving admissions, and strengthening the schools brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the schools goals.

* Lead brand-building initiatives, digital campaigns, and offline promotions to attract student admissions.

* Manage social media presence, website content, and online reputation.

* Plan and execute school events, seminars, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

* Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to support enrollment targets.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

* Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and external stakeholders.

* Oversee marketing budgets, vendor management, and ensure ROI on campaigns.

* Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for the leadership team.

### Desired Profile

* Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA in Marketing preferred).

* 812 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, hospitality, or service industries.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
