Role Overview: As a Marketing Growth Engineer at Neysa, you will have the exciting opportunity to architect the future of AI-first marketing by designing, building, and deploying an intelligent operating system of AI-powered tools and automated workflows. Your primary mission will be to automate tactical tasks, eliminate repetitive work, and empower your colleagues to focus on high-value strategic initiatives, deep customer engagement, and creative problem-solving. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead the transformation of the marketing team and define what an AI-first marketing function looks like at a pioneering AI company. Key Responsibilities: - Build a scalable marketing infrastructure by designing, building, and maintaining the marketing automation engine, leveraging MarTech stack, APIs, and scripting (e.g., Python, JS) to ensure seamless data flow. - Pioneer the use of AI in marketing by proactively identifying, experimenting with, and deploying generative and predictive AI solutions to enhance content creation, hyper-personalization, lead scoring, and campaign optimization. - Re-engineer core processes by conducting a full audit of marketing workflows, eliminating manual work, reducing friction, and accelerating execution velocity and team agility. - Instill a culture of experimentation by developing and implementing a framework for rapid experimentation and A/B testing across digital properties to identify optimization opportunities impacting conversion rates and pipeline growth. - Empower the team with data by architecting and building automated dashboards and self-service reporting systems, providing real-time actionable insights and reducing dependency on manual report generation. - Lead critical technology projects from ideation to deployment, serving as the technical bridge between marketing, sales, product, and engineering. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and solid command of SQL. - Demonstrable experience working with REST APIs to integrate various SaaS platforms. - Deep, hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and a core CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Practical experience using a low-code/no-code integration platform (e.g., Zapier, Workato, n8n) to build robust automations. - Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, design and execute controlled experiments (A/B testing), and drive decisions using quantitative data. - Ability to see the bigger picture, design scalable solutions, and lead technical projects in a cross-functional environment. - Genuine interest in modern B2B marketing, a builder's mentality, and excellent communication skills to act as a strategic partner to non-technical teams.
