Marketing Executive(Fresher MBA can also apply)

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground marketing activities such as product demos, site trials, applicator meets, mason meets, and technical presentations
• Support brand visibility initiatives: banners, brochures, standees, events, exhibitions, and launches
• Coordinate with sales team for campaign execution and local promotions
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, product acceptance, and customer feedback
• Assist in developing marketing collaterals and ensuring correct usage in the field

Business Development Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in projects, retail, institutional sales, and specifications
• Build relationships with contractors, applicators, engineers, architects, consultants, and developers
• Support dealer appointments and expansion of distribution network
• Generate and follow up on leads from sites, projects, and influencers
• Track inquiries, quotations, and closures in coordination with sales team

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain records of site visits, meetings, demos, and lead status
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports and market insights
• Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of construction chemicals / building materials
• Field-oriented, target-driven mindset
• Relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
• Civil Engineering / Construction background will be an added advantage

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing / BD
• Experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, adhesives, concrete admixtures, or building materials preferred
