Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Retail and Stockiest Management:
To drive the retailer management program at the Pan-India level by focusing on branding and merchandising of key stakeholders, innovating and executing loyalty programs, and engaging key stakeholders to foster business growth.
People Management:
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions; enforce retailer campaigns to ensure business compliance and growth; manage and motivate the sales team through coaching and support for professional development; and coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Control & Monitoring:
Review and monitor the ongoing campaigns and update status with upper management and respective field staff.
Travel (5-7) days a month, depending as per business requirement.
Plan & perform other business generation activities
