Marketing Executive

We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive (2–3 Years Experience)
Location: Thane and Bhiwandi
Budget: 2-4 lpa

We're looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to support brand growth, digital campaigns, and on-ground initiatives. If you're someone who understands marketing strategy, execution, and analytics — we’d love to connect!

What You’ll Be Doing

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

● Coordinate with creative, social media, performance, and product teams

● Do market surveys and visits

● Support content strategy, brand campaigns, and product launches

● Track campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports

● Manage influencer marketing, agency communication, and vendor coordination

● Assist in event planning, exhibitions, and promotional activities

● Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking & trend analysis

What We’re Looking For

● 2–3 years of marketing experience (preferred in retail/e-commerce/FMCG/apparel)

● Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (Meta ads, SEO, content, CRM, etc.)

● Ability to manage agencies, vendors & internal stakeholders

● Comfortable with presentations, reporting and campaign planning

● Good communication & project management skills

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to influencer marketing / PR
Basic knowledge of Canva or creative briefingExperience with CRM tools, Google Analytics or social analytics tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
