Job Description

AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) products sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling AIDC solutions, such as barcode scanners, RFID systems, and related software, to various industries. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, delivering product demonstrations, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the AIDC sector.

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and participating in industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored AIDC solutions.

  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of AIDC solutions.

  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

Monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and providing regular sales reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience:

Proven experience in selling AIDC solutions or related IT Hardware products.

  • Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of AIDC technologies, including barcode, RFID, related Hardware and software.

  • Communication and Presentation Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Market Awareness:

Understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies within the AIDC industry.

  • Educational Background:

A bachelors degree in computers / engineering, Business, or a related field is often preferred.

  • Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • 2 Wheeler with Valid Driving License is a must
  • Candidates residing in around 5 KMS radius from JNTU- Kukatpally.
