Job Description

Role Summary : The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and growing the company’s perfume product range through direct and indirect marketing channels. The role involves identifying potential markets, driving brand visibility, building client relationships, and supporting overall sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Promote and position perfume products in retail and distribution channels Identify and approach new clients, distributors, and retailers Develop marketing strategies and execute promotional campaigns Conduct competitor analysis and market research Create and present product demonstrations to customers Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support Coordinate with design and production teams for packaging, labeling, and branding Generate leads through fieldwork, exhibitions, and digital platforms Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent field MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing is a plus Key Skills : Strong knowledge or interest in perfumes/fragrance products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of B2B and B2C sales models Confident in client handling and product presentation Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns) Team player with a proactive approach Willing to travel for field visits and promotions Salary : Based on experience and interview performance Growth Opportunities : Chance to work closely with the brand and product development team Fast career growth in a niche fragrance market Opportunities to lead regional marketing campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
