Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about brand building in the hospitality space. This role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities for our hotel properties and ensuring strong, consistent digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day marketing tasks for assigned hotel property/properties.

2. Coordinate closely with the Head Office marketing team, on-property teams, and external agencies.

3. Ensure social media pages are regularly updated with high-quality, relevant, and trending content.

4. Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across platforms.

5. Assist in content creation including reels, posts, stories, and basic on-property shoots.

6. Track content performance and share insights for improvement.

7. Support and execute property-level promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

8. Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline channels.

9. Handle influencer coordination including communication, briefing, scheduling visits, ensuring deliverables, and tracking content performance.

10. Be willing to travel between properties as required for shoots, events, and coordination.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.

2. Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

3. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.

4. Ability to coordinate and create engaging photo/video content.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills.

6. Prior experience in influencer collaboration or influencer marketing is preferred.

7. Willingness to travel as per business needs.

8. Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or similar creative apps.
