Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing
marketing campaigns
(digital, print, events) to support business objectives
Create, edit, and manage
marketing content and collateral
such as brochures, presentations, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand and messaging
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategy
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance (KPIs) and suggest optimizations
Support lead generation efforts, nurture prospects, and assist in maintaining the marketing database / CRM
Manage and update digital channels (website, social media) and assist with SEO / content planning
Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all communication channels
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing tools/technologies, and best practices

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5 years in marketing,
preferably in B2B
/ industrial / technical space
Education: MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing) / BE / BTech with specialization or strong interest in marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling ability
Demonstrated experience in developing marketing collateral, digital content, or campaign materials
Familiarity with marketing tools / platforms (email marketing, CMS, social media dashboards, basic analytics)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
