Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads for the agency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with the design, social media, video, and web teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Represent The Kika at networking events, BNI meetings, and client gatherings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or business development (agency background preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
