Role Overview - Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is highly social media savvy, trend-aware, and creative to join our growing team. The candidate will play a key role in managing Swift TV’s digital presence, adapting cultural and social trends into engaging content, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams, channel partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content

• Identify, adapt, and implement latest trends into Swift TV content
• Manage and grow brand presence across different platforms
• Work closely with writers & designers and video editors to create content. 
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements for engagement, reach, and conversions.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (design, performance marketing, PR, leadership) ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Handle external communications with channel partners, vendors, and collaborators.

3. Brand Building & Community

• Engage with community conversations, comments, and DMs across social platforms.
• Contribute for campaigns, PR activities, influencer collaborations, and outdoor marketing.
• Ensure brand messaging stays consistent, relatable, and trend-first.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / relevant field.
• Hands-on experience managing social media pages (personal or brand).
• Strong understanding of trends & various formats across the spectrum
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Familiar with LinkedIn for professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptive mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic Knowledge of regional content trends (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, etc.).
• Prior experience with OTT, entertainment, or digital-first brands.
• Basic understanding of tools like Canva, zoho etc
