Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through networking within the medical community.
Develop marketing strategies to increase patient referrals from doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in corporate marketing, healthcare consulting, hospital sales, or related field.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Excellent communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making (e.g., ROI analysis).
Proficiency in using technology tools for marketing automation (e.g., CRM software).
