Marketing Executive & Student Counsellor

We are a modern skill-development institute offering courses in Tech Skills (iOS, Android Development, LLMs). We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven individual who can represent our institute, counsel students, and build strong outreach in colleges and local communities.

Student Counselling

• Explain courses, career paths, and benefits clearly to walk-in/online inquiries.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert inquiries into admissions (target-based).
• Maintain student data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

Marketing & Outreach

• Visit colleges, institutes, coaching centers, and community spaces to promote our courses.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and small workshops in colleges.
• Build partnerships with educators, placement cells, and student groups.
• Assist in local promotional activities (banners, flyers, events).
• Help manage social media campaigns and on-ground branding activities.

Admin Support

• Coordinate admission process & fee collection.
• Maintain reports, documentation, and daily activity logs.

Desired Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English).
• Confidence in public speaking, presentations, and counselling.
• Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable traveling locally for outreach (fieldwork).
• Target-driven mindset — must enjoy achieving results.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Education

• Graduation in any field preferred (Marketing, Business, Arts, Commerce, etc.).
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or field marketing is a plus.
