Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Coimbatore. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, creating and implementing market plans, developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves active collaboration with internal teams, identifying potential clients, and devising innovative approaches to build and maintain customer relationships. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in enhancing the company's market presence and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in Communication skills to engage with clients, present ideas, and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with the Coimbatore market is a plus.
