Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive Intern to join our team at SoftSmart Solutions. The intern will play a key role in giving product demos to potential clients, managing follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos for prospective clients through calls or online meetings.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with leads and clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Understand client needs and present the Kore App features and benefits effectively.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to track lead status and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist in marketing campaigns—content updates, CRM entries, and report preparation.
• Gather client feedback and help in improving demo and communication scripts and social media strategies.
• Support day-to-day marketing activities and help in generating new business opportunities.
