Marketing Executive (MBA Preferred) – Real Estate/Society Representation

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to represent our organization. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing and 0-3 years of experience (real estate/society liaison preferred) are ideal.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote projects/services.
Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, stakeholders, and society representatives.
Build and maintain relationships with residential societies, brokers, and key partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication (English + Local Language).
Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and marketing tools.
Self-motivated with a professional demeanor
